WELDER TRAINING
Description of activities – welder training: - Welder training 111 for MEW (manual electric welding with an electrode); - Welder training 131 for MIG (argon shielding gas welding); - Welder training 135/136 for MAG (shielding gases mixture and/or CO2 with consumable wire electrode ) - Welder training 141 for TIG (gas tungsten arc welding, non-consumable electrode, argon shielding zone) – plain carbon steel; - Welder training 311 for GAS (OXY-FUEL WELDING) • Training is carried out every work day from 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Thursday). • The training is carried out according to the International Welding Institute programme, modul EWF E1 – E8. • The training comprises theoretical and practical lessons (1 lesson) • Theoretical lessons: health and safety at work and taking the safety at work test. • Theoretical lessons: welding done by European engineering, welding specialists (9 lessons) • Practical training classes are conducted by a welding instructor under European welding engineering supervision. • Training uses the latest welding equipment (Miller, Kemppi, Esab…) • The rate include a textbook copy for each welding procedure. ANTI-CORROSION PROTECTION TRAINING
Anti-corrosion protection comprises the following teaching procedures: - Mechanical removal of rust (sanding, scraping); - Chemical removal of rust - Corrosion prevention for metals that includes coating a surface with paints NOTE: Training lasts 40 work days Monday and Thursday, 5 classes a day. Description of activities: Theoretical Training The training is carried out in the "Djuro Salaj" AD Education Centre premises, conducted by one teacher, a specialist in the field. Training Plan: - DCS and SCADA systems basic characteristics; - DCS and SCADA systems equipment; - Basics in the DCS system PLC controller; - Basics in the DCS and SCADA communication systems network; - DCS and SCADA systems protection DCS Systems Practical Training The training is carried out at a specialised education centre in the "Djuro Salaj" AD Education Centre Partner's premises. Training: - Training for working with the DCS PLC systems; - Training for working with the DCS SCADA systems; Practical training is carried out on thermo-technical, processing, power and metal industry installations and facilities. It is conducted by two teachers in companies where the DCS systems are in use. The training is carried out by the personnel of higher education in the mechanical and electrical engineering with years' long experience in the work with the DCS systems, all possessing appropriate certificates.
